Whether you are looking for deep tissue work, injury rehabilitation, relaxing massage to unwind and breathe, or reflexology, I approach each client with the intention of listening to your body and providing healing touch with compassion and integrity.  The busy, computer based world we live in can leave our bodies out of balance and in pain.  Massage and bodywork are an integral part of self care to bring our bodies back into balance.  I would be honored to work with you  in this endeavor.
