What if you cannot make your scheduled appointment?
Your appointment is very important to me. Because this work is demanding both physically an energetically, I have limited availability and schedule buffers between appointments in order to provide each client the best service possible. I ask that you make an effort to be on time and that if you must reschedule your appointment, to please provide as much notice as possible so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly and possibly accommodate clients on my waiting list. I understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my best to work with you in each case. While I prefer 24 hours notice, you may be charged the following at my discretion: Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Cancellations with less than two hours notice or failure to show may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
